I am currently working as a lead for an it ops team, specifically service desk. We man the corporate IT ops within Trend Micro, globally. Tickets are filed thru a ticketing system we call easyIT, and we, as service desk, cater them all. From basic IT request, to escalation, to troubleshooting, to incident management and problem management.
My team is supporting European colleagues. We are 4 in a team, including me as lead. As a lead, i take charge of getting our goal done on a daily basis, which is to be the most preferred business partner and be the best client technology experts. Every employee of Trend Micro are our client. Thought they are colleagues, we treat them as if they are customers.
Also, i am expert on exchange server technology. Also done server patching, Akamai processes, FTP, monitoring alerts using prtg, iswatch. Lastly, I am an ITIL v3 certified.
I am decided to be a stay at home mother, for my two kids. That is why i am interested on any work from home jobs, as long as it provide me reasonable income and not compromising my career growth.
