As an HR & Admin Executive, my
job covers the provision of a comprehensive Human Resource and Admin services to employees of all levels in the organization through recruitment and placement, employee benefits management, employee relations, attendance management, travel arrangements and corporate functions arrangements.
I have developed over the years the functional competencies required for the job, such as people skills, conceptualization skills and technical skills.
People skills cover the soft skills which includes good oral and written communication abilities, influencing and negotiating abilities and the ability to resolve conflicts with fair and firm judgement and the ability to listen to others and provide input and meaningful solutions.
Conceptualization skills on the other hand was developed as a result of my exposure to various problems that arise in my daily work routine, requiring me to analyze problems and come up with solutions and become proactive in identifying potential problems and prevent them.
Part of the job requires remarkable technical skills, not only towards operations of computer and other technologies but also on other areas such as communication systems, records management, and coordination of several activities, setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
