I'm a registered Civil Engineer in the Philippines with 7 years of construction experience, office and site work. Currently working fulltime as an Estimator in NZ (mainly estimating Drywall / Plasterboard - Residential, Townhouses, Multi-Residential and Commercial Projects) - office based in the Philippines and looking for a side hustle job and/or a Potential new fulltime job.

I specialize in Planswift, Autocad, Sketchup, Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Contracts & Settlement, Supervision and MS office. I'm a fast learner and can work with minimum supervision which I think is what you needed in this job.

With a professional background spanning seven years as a Civil Engineer, my skill set as of the ---------- nt as an Estimator encompasses various responsibilities, including:

- Utilizing onscreen software for Take-off from Plans.
- Conducting thorough tender analyses to guarantee the accuracy of all scopes of work and values.
- Preparation and estimation of budget costs for construction projects by studying plans, engineer reports, and specifications.
- Developing comprehensive bids for construction projects.
- Generating Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for accurate project cost assessments.
- Managing paperwork processes, including Notice to Tenderers, revisions, and handling post-tender queries.
