Profile Description

I have been with 3 call centers company for more than 4 years already. My first BPO company was Eperformax Contact Centers with Chase as my account. I've been with them for only 4 months since theaccount was about to be dissolve because JP Morgan decided to build their own company here in cebu, so all the branches in call centers were being pulled out. My second BPO experienced was with Zylun Staffing. My experience with them was different because we were using sound boarding technique where in a recording will be the one to answer the customer through our navigation in the keyboard. I only stayed with them for 5 months because I find the account not so suitable for me to enhance my skills in communication. And my third and last call center experience was with Vector BPO. My stay with them was full of learning and fun. The account was so easy, we were just calling some customers and convinced them to go back to school and we helped them find schools that are suitable for their time and lifestyle. But unfortunately, the company just shot down and we were forced to leave. So, now I am here looking for a job online to continually support myself financially.
