I am Rizza Ramos, 21 years old, a college undergraduate of BS Entrepreneurship in the Entrepreneurs School of Asia.
From the day I stopped studying, I tried to look for jobs that would best fit my knowledge, skills and capabilities. I tried selling baked goods, tutoring little kids, babysitting and working for the call center industry. Among all mentioned, I settled in working for a call center company and I enjoyed it a lot. I didn't just enjoy it but I have learned a lot of skills too that have broadened my horizon more.
I started working for then NCO, now Expert Global Solutions, from June of 2012 to January of 2014. I started out as an agent from the collections department. After I got regularized, I applied for the trainer post and immediately got the post. I have taught different classes, different fields (collections, tech support, customer service, publications, sales, healthcare, radio accounts, etc.) and across different sites.
I am also knowledgeable of the basic things in the MS Office. I have done different classes on the different MS Office applications.
I would say communication and writing would be one of my best strengths. My next best strength would be my entrepreneurial and analytic skills. I am currently running a micro-business that I put up on my own.
I started selling baked goods that I produce straight from our home kitchen. Given the proper funding, I would like to put it online to garner more demand and customers. So far, I've been selling only to our neighborhood and friends.
Given all my experiences, I could proudly say that I can work under minimal to no supervision. I am very versatile and I could easily adapt to new environment. My entrepreneurial skills also enable me to be a leader to subordinates which I have tried and tested when I was working as a trainer in EGS.
I give my 101% to all the job given to me whether it's something new to me or something that I have done before. I am hoping that this will help me land a job that would not just benefit me but also as a future employee for you.
