I have worked for a BPO company and was commended for an exceptional customer service. I know about technical support since I underwent trainings for our company. And since I am a little of a bookworm, I'm also knowledgeable in English literature like grammar and spellings. I know how to transcribe videos or audio recordings since my line of work is talking to people through the phone. Recently, I was employed as a Data Encoder for a government agency for almost two (2) years. My job description included data encoding, creation and submission of reports and minute taking. In between jobs, I am a full time housewife which taught me patience and multi-tasking.
