I have been doing freelance writing since late last year. The topics I have written about include cars, construction, housing, business, marketing, finance, technology, "going green", health, and many others. Previously, I was employed as a virtual assistant for an American-based kitchenware company. Majority of my time was spent on different writing tasks, but I was also exposed to other assignments like recruitment, research, data entry, and social media marketing. Before shifting to online work, I was employed as an e-mail customer service representative for close to 12 years. More than just excellent customer service skills, this job also required superior writing skills because replies to customers were crafted individually, without the use of templates. My experience has taught me to work well independently, as well as part of a team. I have a professional attitude and a competent set of skills. I pay close attention to details. I am results-oriented, hard-working, and committed to meeting deadlines. I am good with research and always willing to learn. I have strong organizational skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
