Hello and welcome to my profile!

I have worked as a freelancer since 2014. As such, I have had a lot of experience with regard to being a Virtual Assistant and as a Project Manager

This is essentially project management work wherein I was tasked to:
- Directly manage a staff of 10-25
- Oversee a guild with 2,000 people
- Be directly responsible for asset management and payroll

I have had experience being a Virtual Assistant, a Data Entry Specialist, an
Article Writer, a Proofreader, and a Transcriptionist. Being part of various
online projects has allowed me to grow my skill set and hope that I can use
these acquired skills to help you grow your business!
 
Throughout my freelancer career, I have had experience doing
the following tasks:
-Managing a small team of writers and VAs- assigning weekly tasks, Upwork payroll, reviewing submissions, addressing daily concerns, etc.
-Writing Romance E-books, blog articles, product/book description for an Amazon product page
-Writing, uploading, and publishing content to a Wordpress site
-Writing promotional e-mails and broadcasts for a mailing list
-Editing and proofreading fiction and non-fiction e-books, articles, and website content.
-Publishing and maintaining books on Amazon KDP
-Overseeing a Facebook Page and Facebook group
-Managing Social Media profiles and pages (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook)
-Promoting e-books on social media (Upgrade to see actual info and Twitter)
-Creating daily reports
-Data entry and web research
 -Monitoring and creating ads on Amazon Advertising dashboard
Uploading/hiring narrators, publishing, and monitoring audiobooks on ACX platform
 
 
I am also familiar with the following:

-Using MS applications – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
-Using Google applications – Spreadsheet, Calendar, Docs
 
Prior to becoming a freelancer, I have also worked as an
online writing consultant (reviewing and critiquing college level essays) and
as a Quality Assurance Analyst in a BPO company (reviewing call and e-mail
transactions). I am also hard-working, detail-oriented, and strive to finish
tasks in the most efficient manner possible.
