Profile Description

Experienced operations and project management professional with 20+ years of remote work experience across digital publishing, blockchain gaming, and SaaS operations. I have a strong track record of managing complex workflows, leading cross-functional remote teams, and delivering results for US-based clients and employers.

In my current role as Head of Operations for a US-based SaaS company, I oversee day-to-day operations, business development support, client onboarding, recruitment, payroll, process automation, and executive-level support for the CEO and CCO. I am comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and building processes from scratch.

- Project management across Amazon KDP, e-commerce, and digital publishing
- CRM management using HubSpot, with experience in lead generation via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Seamless.AI
- Recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations for remote teams

- Executive assistance, including calendar management, email handling, and deal tracking
- QA background with strong attention to detail and reporting skills

I am proficient in Notion, Trello, HubSpot, Seamless.AI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Amazon KDP, Metabase, MS Office, Google Workspace, and Claude AI.
