The responsibilities of a telemarketer/sales representative, base on my experience I knew how to communicate to customers
through phone and meet their satisfaction about the product or services that we offer.Most especially I have to know the product description or the advantages and disadvantages of the certain product so that way i could sell it easily.Record some important details of the clients and know their feedback for some improvement that i could change for their satisfaction. Sometimes i had encounter some rejection but I don't lose hope because i know some of the clients would appreciate me and my product/service I've been offered.
