Profile Description

• Assisting the HRD Officer in Recruitment, employee Performance Evaluation monitoring and reporting, and employee coaching.
• Ensuring the accurate and timely reporting, computing and releasing of salaries to employees.
• Monitoring and recording employee attendance, tardiness, report submission, and other performance related activities then reporting these to the Deans and Department Heads (with copy to the Chief Operating Officer).
• Communicating to employees any and all relevant and necessary requirements relative to their 201 file, policy compliance, and training and development.
• Ensuring that all employees are aware of and follow all the school policies, rules and regulations.
• Maintaining and updating of all employee records and files – including academic units and training certificates, performance evaluation, attendance, rewards, recognition and other relevant information – and disseminating pertinent information to all managers concerned.
• Assisting in the monitoring the regular and prompt implementation (numerical evaluation and communication to employee) of employee (academic and non-academic) performance evaluation by the deans and department heads.
• Enhancing employee satisfaction and confidence by assisting in the implementation of activities on health and wellness, personal and professional formation, and coaching.
