Profile Description

I am a goal-oriented professional with 5 years supervisory experience in inventory control, having handled the movement monitoring, approval and checking of erroneous movements in JDA,
inventory count, analysis of count variances, and escalation to higher management of any potential fraud cases. I was also in charge of improvement plans to provide more effective and more efficient ways to monitor the company's main asset: inventory.
I had also coordinated with different departments the resolution of of inventory related issues.
Apart from the main company I was handling, I was also leading my team in providing inventory control support to 5 more subsidiaries.
This role allowed me exposure to the JDA system, RPro system, and Pentaho Console.
Recently, for more than 1 year already, I have engaged in a different role, largely focusing on accounting for Product Supply and Trading in the Petroleum/ Energy Industry for Chevron Holdings, Inc.
I also perform reporting roles, such as (1) providing and analyzing the Accounts Receivable Aging Report to ensure that any overdue receivables are handled immediately for recovery from the third parties; (2) Sales and Purchase Intercompany Imbalance Reconciliation to ensure completeness of SAP allocations for all trade-related sales and purchase transactions; (3) Cash Forecast to guide Treasury Department with the monthly fund provisions; and (4) Accounts Reconciliation to ensure that account balances are valid, and that any open items are investigated and traced to the Accountant for resolution. I am also handling cash applications for all cash receipts; and, month-end Portfolio Analysis to ensure that all trade-related transactions are accurately allocated in SAP.
This role has contributed to my exposure on SAP, ICTS, and a little background on SRA.
