A graduate of Bachelor of Arts major in Communication Arts and Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce, major in Advertising Management (double degree). I worked for the BPO industry for 6 years, starting as a front line agent for 2 years, a Subject Matter Expert for another 2 years, and then got promoted to 1st Line Operations Manager (Team Lead) and stayed as such for another 2 years.
I am knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel) and aim to provide fast and quality results and I definitely would not say "No" to long-term work.
I am Quality and goal-oriented, can easily adapt to new technologies, softwares & business processes and can perform tasks independently or with minimal supervision.
