My secret about doing my job is loving it. When you love your job you won't find it boring and time consuming, but if you love it, you won't notice the clock ticking till you finished your shift for that day. It won't just help you achieve long shifts but it would help you do positive outcomes towards your task and think clearly for the entire shift.
