Profile Description

I started out as a purchasing clerk for a semi-conductor company, i handle the requests of our different departments in finding the materials they need for production, I stayed here for 4 years. After which, I was taken in by my brother-in-law, to take in calls for their Company (Nan Foods Corporation) which is a manufacturing company, mostly tocino, beef tapa, hotdogs, bacon, longganiza. I am the liaison officer in Manila as this Company in located in Pampanga. I contact customers for their weekly orders and follow up on pending payments. I laid low for about 4 to 5 years and concentrated on raising my kids. My current job is a Team Leader for a BPO company, I am incharge of handling 18-19 representatives, doing coaching, taking in calls as necessary, doing reports sent to our Clients. I was a Quality Analyst before this for more than 4 yrs. I am good with excel.
