Management of appraisal orders by assigning orders to data entry team, photographers, uploading photos in TMF and doing follow ups with data entry team regarding revisions asked by quality control of certain appraisal reports.

Pre qualify leads to know how serious they are in buying and to determine buying plans and criteria. Managing leads in FUB by engaging communication though text messages and calls.

As an assistant TC my roles were: Setting up executed contracts into Aframe for efficient and convenient tracking of milestone from contract to closing, drafting documents (contract offers, buyer/rep agreement, listing agreement, amendments and addendum), compliance management (Skyslope, KW command, Dotloop, Brokerage Engine), filing documents (Dropbox and Google drive) and Updating MLS status (Active to AOC to Pending and Sold).

Checked land parcel in land.id and analyzed if it's a good lot investment by checking the following criteria: enough frontage and not land locked, has minimal trasmission lines passing through it, not in a floodplain zone, not owned by the government or religious entity, no railroads passing through it or passing in frontage and no permenant structure on it.
