I work as a supervisor in the company. But before that, i worked as a reporting analyst or data analyst,. Basically what it does is generating variety of reports from dumps of data. Coming up with trending performance, daily, weekly,monthly, creating pivots, charts and graphs, sort of database adminstrator as well.. Assisted managers to create business reviews and the like (presentations). I worked also as a Quality Assurance. We gauge agents performance by analyzing a call if it meets the client's/company's standards. Analyze defects, causes, effects, action plans, maintenance... As a supervisor, mainly people skills/development. More on motivating your peers, driving performance, unleashing the performer inside them. Let them know they know it, they have the potential and all that.
