Profile Description

I have experienced working as a Quality Assurance Representative for a year wherein I was responsible for the selection of audit samples for project audits and prepared selected project audit files. I have also worked as a Data Entry Specialist/Encoder for two years wherein I was assigned to encode data and report daily, weekly, as well as monthly sales. Every two months, I was assigned to do inventory reports. I also answered incoming calls and made outgoing calls related to sales. Lastly, I have worked at a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company for seven years wherein I answered calls for an inbound program and did outbound calls when necessary. I was part of the team who did weekly and monthly reports on how to improve or increase customer service satisfaction. The skills I have gained from my previous employers would definitely help me in performing assigned tasks of my next employer and ensure the growth of their business.
