I am well versed with the English language including the grammar, vocabulary and spelling. I am good in transcribing because of my past experience with such. I am also good with handling Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. I am fast in typing with the use of my PC. I am a quick learner and can be easily taught. I can easily adapt and learn from new things.
I have a 2 -year experience as a customer service representative handling email, chat and voice support. I have mainly customer service but on the sides we handle sales and technical support too.
I do believe that basing on my experience for 2 years working as a call center I do have the capabilities to adapt and work on the tasks that I have applied to. I wouldnt apply on something that I dont have any idea of or I am not sure I am not sure that I would be able to finish it.
I look forward for online jobs part time or full time so that I would be able to learn and gain experience.
