Profile Description

I have over 10 years of experience supporting business operations through ERP administration, master data management, inventory control, and sales support.

Throughout my career, I've worked in distribution and software companies where accuracy and organization are essential. I have experience managing Item, Customer, and Vendor Master Data, maintaining pricing structures, processing purchase orders, supporting inventory operations, and preparing reports that help management make informed decisions.

Most recently, I supported Salesforce data governance at Infor, where I validated company information, maintained CRM data quality, performed data cleansing, and managed account records.

Although I'm new to remote freelancing, I'm not new to working with business systems, operational processes, or business-critical data. I'm comfortable learning new software, following established procedures, and working independently.
