I am a Product Support Representative who can troubleshoot networking devices such as routers, network adapters, range extenders, access points,
media connectors etc. I have a basic knowledge in web design, in fact I was able to create my own local website in the past through HTML and CSS. I love editing photos and videos through GIMP, Adobe Photoshop and Windows Movie Maker (I can use other editing tools if available). I am a fast typist and I've been working as a chat support representative in a prestigious networking company for 2 years now.
