Database Management. When we have a new lead, information needs it to be accurately entered into up to 3 databases and on a tracking sheet.
With new listing, coordinate with us to do data entry for the property, in our showing system and other places. Rename photos to make sense (kitchen view 1, kitchen view 2, etc) , upload photos in the MLS. Use marketing templates to create a marketing brochure. Coordinated through Dropbox.com.
Occasional special projects related to internet, lead database and marketing. Other data entry type projects related to facebook, linkedin and other social media sites.
Create and format documents electronically including letters, emails, marketing materials, status reports, spreadsheets (excel), and other related documents
