I worked as a Customer Service Advocate for a leading bank in the United States, I handled incoming customer service call assisting customer regarding their deposit accounts. Assist in bank transactions over the phone such as balance inquiry, transfer, stop payment, card activation and replacement. The challenging task about this job is dealing with difficult customers, with a intensive training and experience I was able to handle them with grace. I also had experienced doing outbound collection call representing a major credit card company in the world, I would always sound professional and perky so that the customers would feel at ease and comfortable speaking with me over the phone. As a collector, I always make sure that I would be able to find an appropriate payment terms for the customer not just to hit my goals but also to help my them manage their finances more effectively. I am currently employed working as a Patient Services Representative for a DME provider in the US, I create job orders and verify tracking to make sure that the durable medical equipment will reach our patients' home on time. I coordinate with Insurance companies to verify eligibility and coverage. I also deal with our registered therapist in the US for proper coordination with patients. I often call Insurance companies to follow up on claim status and payment information.
