• Act as a dependable point of contact for recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers during the hiring process
• Schedule interviews and arrange travel for candidates as needed
• Ensures the effective flow of the pre-boarding process for all new hires in order to fully enable them on their first day with the company
• Manage all required pre-boarding & onboarding responsibilities, including producing offer letters & contracts, managing background & medical check processes, completing of all legally required paperwork for new starters, payroll & benefits information, etc.
