I graduated a degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology in Negros Oriental State University. I landed a job in a Call Center industry. I worked as a full-time Technical Support Representative in SPi Global for 2 years and worked under PLDT account. My job was to provide quality technical assistance to our valued subscribers, mainly through.answering inbound and taking outbound calls, answering emails, and answering live chat concerns on Facebook.

Moreover, I started working remotely as part-time Virtual Assistant for 1 year. I worked for 2 Australian seller accounts in eBay. My tasks were searching for profitable products and listing products. I was also a Marketing Virtual Assistant for a private company in the UK. I had managed Amazon accounts in Europe, USA, Canada and Australia. My tasks were managing Ad campaigns, creating product images, checking inventory/sales and etc. Aside from doing administrative and customer management tasks, I also have skills in Graphic designing using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom.
