I have my certification in
-CAL computer (Exploring ICT, Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint), and
-WebDev3 (HTML, DREAMWEAVER MX, and FLASH MX) and I'm working with my BS Accountancy course for a couple of years. I had 1year experience in Customer Service Jobs together with Administration Office.
My expertise are Outbound and Inbound Calling, Email Handling, Data Scraping, Data Gathering, Web Searching, Phone/Voice Broadcasting, Data Entering and other Administrative or Office jobs.
I am under the Hi-touch Outsourcing, already 3 years in the field of outsourcing job. We can provide you FILIPINO agents including me to work in our office for your customer service jobs or data entry at the lowest cost. We assure you that we, agents, have the best service for customers and excellent in oral and written English language, willing to learn, tend to multitask and fast learners providing our best educational background and working experience. HiTouch Outsourcing have centralized account for pay-outs/salary but they don't charge any additional fees and they only provide agents an office to work.
We work WEEKDAYS (also Saturday if you prefer) in our office and all of our stations have UPS, fast internet connection, multiple wired Internets, backup generator and a silent environment that is good for professional phone conversations.
We are looking for long term relationship clients but we can also work for part time jobs and in any situation, we are willing to serve clients and give them satisfaction by our best service we can.
