I am very confident to say that, I possess all the needed criteria for this job. I've worked almost 8 years in my life with business process outsourcing (BPO). I can say, in terms of my skills in handling different accounts, different services & tasks from different companies, I have gained the knowledge that will be beneficial for the company. I can easily handle customer/technical support at the same time. I've
been used to multi-tasking and had also been a universal agent meaning I can handle voice and non-voice. I can even transition my career with sales as I have handled Telco Inbound Sales and I can say I am effective since I stayed with the company for almost a year.
I have never tried working at home. I'm very much interested with this new career. I hope your company can give me the opportunity to gain this wonderful experience. Looking forward to working as soon as possible. Thanks & More Power!
