I worked as a senior operational leader at Moog Controls Corp. and I am responsible for the different process improvement projects using the DMAIC or six sigma as well as lean methodology. I am an expert in analyzing and solving problem using 8D problem solving approach, why-why analysis and the like. I also know how to work with MS word, project, excel and powerpoint. I am experienced in handling multiple projects and managing those at the same time. Training people is also one of my forte. My decision to stay at home is because of my little baby, however, as a woman and as a person, I know that I am more capable, and I am willing to contribute my skills, knowledge and experiences to the productivity and success of a company.
