I have been in the BPO industry for almost 5 years, I've worked for ATT postpaid for 2 years as a CSR, gained knowledge about upselling,troubleshooting over the phone and providing best resolutions to customers, I also gained expertise in sales when i worked for Reader's Digest as a Sales Associate for almost 2 years and the most recent company i have worked with is Dish network, a cable provider in which i was an Advanced Technical support and got promoted to retention department which i handled escalations, saving customers from cancelling their accounts, offering them the best option possible to keep their service, been with dish network for 2 years. I am currently looking for a home based job that would best fit my needs, i own a computer and a fast and reliable internet connection that would easily get the job done
