Hi. My name is Jam. I am currently a freelance transcriptionist. I have experience in general and medical transcription. I have been doing this for 3 years now.

I have also worked for the BPO industry for 5 years both as technical support representative (TSR) and customer service representative (CSR) for an internet service provider based in Australia, a large cable company ,a top software developer and a credit card company all based in United States of America.

These diverse backgrounds allowed me to develop knowledge about B2B email support as well as being a front line for customer assistance. I am well organized and have knowledge in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel. I also pay great attention to details.

My other skills include picture editing and logo creation using Photoshop, blog creation and development, article writing and research. I am also a very fast encoder.
