My name is Denise Dominguez, I have an extensive back ground in administrative assistant/office management work. I ran an appliance service business and of course had my hands in everything from answering phones to managing several vendor, marketing and other accounts. I managed the books and bank accounts, all advertising accounts, insurance policies, BBB account, replied and won every case for Credit card disputes, and my Customer Service is IMPECCABLE!!! (without a doubt)
In any position I am in, I take pride in making it my own. I represent the company as if it were my company. I want the customer to feel like they are dealing with a family owned business and that I truly care about the service they are provided.
