I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering with extensive experience in both technical and customer service skills. I worked as an email support representative sending replies to US-based customers in one of the country’s biggest call centers where I was able to maintain an excellent scorecard. I also worked as a special agent, sending researched answers to customers in the US.
I am proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I am also into graphics designing using Adobe Photoshop. I designed several layouts for web, tarpaulins, and newsletter. Currently, I am a computer operator providing assistance to users concerning connectivity and various technical difficulties.
