Profile Description

I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Right after graduation, I worked in a start up, analytics company (office and home based setup) for a year where I was assigned on the Administrative and Recruitment side of the business. My tasks include working on general administrative tasks like data entry, event planning, research, file organization, while at the same time being their main HR personnel.
After this role, I was contacted by another start up US company to work as a Virtual Assistant primarily working on Amazon and their product development. I had experiences looking for suppliers, reviewing products for product evaluation and mass production, shipment, creating product listings, social media and other tasks being assigned. In here, I was able to try being a non-voice (email support) customer service personnel to deal with customer inquiries and issues.
