Good day! I've been working as a Travel Agent for the past 5 years. My duties from my previous employer are, I provides administrative support to the Marketing Director and Operations Manager as well as Client Servicing,
Organize presentation materials to prospective clients, Escorted big number of groups, Officer-in-Charge of the Leisure Department, Handled Group Bookings ( incentives / conventions ), Proposed tie ups to other travel agencies and companies, Attends to Guest inquiries, request, complains and make proper actions to all of mentioned above, In charge of training new applicants and On the Job Training. My qualifications are, Dependable Worker, Good Communication Skills, Can work under time pressure, Computer Literate, Service oriented & flexible, Fast learner, and willing to be trained. I'm very good in customer relations. I'm competent at managing responsibilities in a high-volume atmosphere. Have skilled at interacting with customers of all socioeconomic backgrounds. I'm a hard worker, quick learner, and ability to assume responsibility.
