I have worked as a Retention Specialist/Customer Service Representative for a dial-up account; a Technical Support Representative for a VoIP account; a hardware specialist for Dell; a Customer Service Rep for a Credit Card Account; and currently an outbound Publishing Consultant for a US based publishing Company.
