I have more than two years experience in bpo industry focusing in customer service.Helping and assisting customer's concern always makes me happy. I am a creative person and can provide a 100% satisfaction when it comes to touching the hearts and minds of a consumers which very important as well in sales.With my previous job I really enjoy to work in marketing and I am motivated to create campaigns for a
clients. I am really passionate about selling /upselling and enjoy myself in the talks with the customers and I have guts to talk to anyone. I always build rapport to win their hearts and so that I can close a deal or make a sale and at the same time I made my customer happy.I also have an experience for technical support for almost a year, we do basic troubleshooting for satellite tv provider.I am aware that I have no experience yet with homebased, However, I am willing to learn everything, I am motivated to work hard and will do my very best
