I have been working as an I.T support staff since 2015 and I love helping other people do their jobs. I'm a graduate with a BS in Information Technology and earned my license as a Professional Teacher in 2019. The person I looked up to says, "We at I.T Department are enablers." and I am proud to be on the team. 

Below are the job responsibilities I have concrete experience on.

1. User account management - Create/Update/Lock user accounts 
2. Customer service - Asses and troubleshoot transaction issues. Could also be done remotely for offsite clients.
3. SQL queries - write queries to extract specific data from the database
4. Other administrative tasks: data entry, presentations (PowerPoint/Canva), research, documentation, mock-ups, communications (email), file management, etc.

I am an honest, hardworking, passionate, and responsible person.
