Profile Description

I am an experienced Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, and Marketing Operations Support Specialist with a strong background in helping marketing agencies, online entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, and small business owners stay organized, efficient, and on track.

I specialize in supporting founders and teams with day-to-day operations, project coordination, campaign support, client communication, CRM updates, inbox and calendar management, meeting notes, follow-ups, SOP creation, workflow documentation, and team coordination.

My experience also includes supporting digital marketing projects such as funnels, webinars, launches, automations, content workflows, email/SMS campaigns, lead management, and pre-launch QA checks. I am comfortable working in fast-paced online businesses where there are multiple moving parts, deadlines, and priorities to manage.

I am highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable. I enjoy helping business owners turn ideas into clear action steps, keep projects moving, improve internal systems, and make sure important details are not missed.
