I am actually new on this job but in one way or another I have so far an idea on how this job is done. I can work with less supervision and given the opportunity to be trained well, I can give you the best output that u want. My work experiences which I think is related on this field is that, I have at least a 2yr experience on call centers. I have been a tech support, was trained as a general customer service representative and also I have been assigned on activation department. Given this work experiences taught me several things like dealing with customers well, giving them proper instructions and as well communicating to them properly. I have also experience doing video transcription and data gathering.
