Profile Description

I am currently working in a call center and supporting employees/clients by fixing and maintaining their phones. Our team is handling Avaya phones that is vastly being used not just by our site but globally. Some of my main responsibilities are monitoring and fixing Avaya servers and phones, attending client requests such as call flow modification, 1st level point of contact escalation during outages or down times which includes server faulty investigations or working with a carrier.
I've been a Telecommunications Engineer for 4years already and there is no escaping pressure when you are in this type of field. I love my job and i have so much respect for it. Everyday is a learning experience because of the vast support we give to our clients - EMEA, APAC and NA regions.
I am currently looking for a part time job which can help me financially. I don't expect to be paid that much, it is not important
to me at this time. I just want to experience and learn how work from home employees does in this type of business. If you will give me the opportunity, I would be very glad to learn and work with you guys the best as I can.
