I am a Customer Service Specialist for seven years, providing phone, email, and chat customer support across the United States, Australia, Europe, and Asia. I have handled billing customer support for a US phone and internet provider, booking hotel rooms with reward points for an international hotel group, customer service for a healthcare institution and handled billing and necessary technical support for an international dating site. Moreover, I have worked for a dropshipping company based in Canada. Now, I am a Reservations and Customer Service Manager in a vacation rental based in Essex, United Kingdom. My work scope includes admin tasks, handling emails, handling bulk or long term reservations, escalations, invoicing and credit control, reports, housekeeping payroll, property listings and management, etc. I enlist properties to different platforms, mapping them with our channel manager and Pricelabs ensure that the property has reasonable rates depending on the market. I am also responsible for customer service support, the team's schedule, creating trackers and projects to improve the number of bookings, and increasing revenue. I am experienced using Microsoft Office, Oracle RNT Tool, Customer Service Assistant (CSA), Workday, Trello, Tokeet, Slack, Zoom, Monitask, Booking Automation, Charge Automation, Wishbox, Newbook, Stripe, Zeevou, Signable, Shopify, Zendesk, Sagepay and Quickbooks. Also, I have extensive exposure to using booking platforms like Airbnb, Upgrade to see actual info, Expedia, Homeaway, and Upgrade to see actual info. Currently, I am also part of the Finance Team working on KPIs, invoices, payments, etc. using Quickbooks.
