I have six months experience working as a Virtual Assistant doing web research, social media management, email management, and calendar management. I have good experience with Wordpress posting and writing content. I have relevant experience on virtual assistant tools with basic understanding on SEO. I was also a teacher for 4 years therefore I can also handle classes and impart learning if there is a need. I worked in the call center industry for almost 7 years under a technical and well known software company taking inbound calls, answering chats and emails, calling customer for technical support follow up. As a team leader, I conducted developmental coaching, managed a team of experts to meet their expected output based on quality and pre-defined key performance indicators and also generated, analyzed and provided monthly, quarterly and annual reports to respective supervisors. I have also Six Sigma training and gained white belt. I have a positive attitude and I am willing to take on new challenges. I am pro-active and at the same time willing to be trained if the work requires it. I want a competent online job where I can use all my skills to support in the success of your company or business.
