I am an experienced communication practitioner specializing in customer service and telemarketing. My four years of experience in a call center industry contributed a lot in the development of my work ethics, attitude and skills.
I have been trained for various aspects of telemarketing and customer service. Gained more than enough knowledge that served as my strong foundation in applying to different jobs in this field and related positions that has to do with people and processes that evolved around them.
Dedication, multi-tasking and time management are some of the skills that I can be proud of. Through the years, these helped me a lot in achieving my goals towards work. I have been commended several times for a job well done at work.
