I worked with Sprint for a year as a customer service representative, 8 months with Directv as a sales representative and was transferred to AT&T as a technical support representative for a year, same company. I decided to take a break and applied for a non-voice account. Luckily I was hired as a chat support specialist in Comcast.
I've been working with computer technical issues, TV and phone services, and email.
I can say that I can work with word since I was a chat support specialist.
I am looking for a stable job that has room for me to grow and be effective.
