I am an experienced call center agent who worked with
different technical accounts in relation to internet service providers. For
more than 6 years now, I have been holding a Quality Analyst position in
Alorica. My main task is leaning towards process and performance improvement. I
graduated from the University of the Philippines and took up B.A. Communication
Arts. My concentration was journalism while my minor was broadcasting. I have
been in the call center industry since 2010 and I am looking for options into
working from the comforts of my home. I have excellent English grammar both written
and verbal. I can type 60wpm, a fast learner and I can say I can easily adapt
to any environment.
