I work as a Staffing and Development Associate in a non-stock saving and loan association for almost five years. I handle recruitment, selection and placement of external and internal applicants in our company. I post job vacancy/ies to appropriate channels to recruit applicants and screen candidates thru interview and psychological exam. I prepare pertinent documents for hiring (e.g employment contracts, forms, etc) then conducts new employee orientation once the applicant gets hired. I also monitor the newly hired employees work performance during probationary employment to ensure that new hired employees meet the standards of the Association.
Aside from the above-said tasks, I am accountable for the issuance of Employee Handbook, access control of employee’s in Human Resources Information System and safe keep and update of 201 files.
