I started out in the BPO Industry as a sales representative for a VOIP company and later on was moved to a travel account.Coupled with my experience as a sales agent I started my way up and was promoted as a Sales Coach. Sharing best practices and coaching agents are my main tasks as a Sales Coach. Afterwhich, I was promoted as a QA Coach then QA Analyst. Helping out the operations on how to improve quality is my main task. This also includes constant communication with the operation leaders with their agent's scorecards including and not limited to insights
, recommendations and action plans. I worked up to the ladder again and was promoted as a Team Leader for a Tech and Telco Account. Building successful people is my goal an this was achieved through constant communication with my team, creating short and long term goals, updating them of their scorecards and coaching.
