Profile Description

I started working in a BPO company as a customer service representative. The account was eBay and I mainly handle inbound calls, assisting customer's inquiries regarding billing and other account inquiries in general. There are times when calls are not queueing, so we get to be switched to handle emails. The inquiries that I handled via email were still about accounts and billing.

I was an Inside Sales Executive for a freight company - YRC Freight. I mainly do cold calling to businesses and at the same time, keeping in touch with the clients that I have dealt with, to maintain our business relationship.

I also have been a Sales Account Manager for a real estate website development ---------- 's pretty much the same with my experience with YRC Freight, the only difference was that I contact real estate agents and brokers who would be interested in setting up or building their own website in order to get better exposure and audience of their portfolio and the properties that they are selling. I am their point of contact when they have inquiries about their website.

My most recent work experience was with a white hat SEO company and I was part of the outreach team. I started as a virtual assistant and got promoted twice in one year to be the Head of Outreach. Basically, we do research for websites that would fit to what our clients are looking for. We then outreach to these webmasters via email and come up with an agreement to both our terms, as well as their price for guest-posting on their website.

I accumulated all these experiences in a total of nine years. I'm very much open to whatever opportunities I have ahead of me to be able to explore and get more perspective.
