Profile Description

• Main task is to ensure the successful delivery of small and medium projects, including all new site installations, relocations, data upgrades, and the like.• Ensure all project deliverables are high quality, on time, within the scope, and within budget.• Organize/participate in meetings about projects handled.• Maintain a good working relationship with project stakeholders and clients.• Act as the main point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.• Sets schedules and timelines for the projects.• Allocates engineering resources and books technician appointments accordingly.• Understand customers' needs and expectations as they evolve and seek the internal team's recommendation in offering an alternate solution.• Perform all provisioning tasks required for each project.• Manage order processing through carrier or vendor portals.• Monitors install and delivery dates and ensure that any delays will be escalated to the Provisioning Team Leader (BAU).• Liaise with the carriers and vendors as needed• Create and maintain the integrity of customer records in CRM.• Process Purchase Orders in SAP and submit them to respective vendors.• Produce relevant documentation for customers at each stage of the progress.• Demonstrate resilience and problem-solving capabilities.
