Profile Description

As a servicing specialist in a US real estate company, I review newly recorded home loans to ensure that the data in servicing system were accurate and complete.
I was also tasked to review property insurance policy and do necessary system updating.
I also handled uploadng and downloading of documents, report printing and preparation of transmittals. Servicing system is CITRIX based, documents are uploaded in BLITZDOCS, documents are shared thru DROPBOX and research and account updating are also done in different websites, email is OUTLOOK. MS Excel and MS word used in reports and transmittals.
The account I handled in a
Canadian company were commercial mortgage loans.
Tasks assigned were property disbursement, invoice processing, property tax monitoring and tax escrow analysis.
The system is also CITRIX based, documents are shared
thru shared drive, reports generated from the system,
email is Lotus notes
