POSITION SUMMARY
This position is the primary point of contact for all software applications, network/server support and technology issues within the CMC.
Responsible for operational excellence, productivity and development of the Technology department in support of our internal/external client needs.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

30% Manages Technology department in an effort to increase effectiveness of Operating Systems and network functions to meet client needs including: project planning for applications and system installations at one or more locations, assigning and directing work in the resolution of reported desktop problems in relation to hardware, operating systems and configuration issues to operational and support departments.
15% Interpret and enforce TeleTech policies and safety regulations with Network Administrators and Desktop Support personnel.
Interviewing, hiring, and training of employees, performance appraisals, providing recognition as well as disciplinary action to employees for client complaints or resolving of problems including resolution of work grievances.
15% Provide a high level of troubleshooting and hardware/software integration skills in the Technology department as a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all desktop applications and other functions vital to the success of the call center.
20% Maintains an active role in the management and resolution of issues through imaginative as well as practical means including development & implementation of network systems, server projects, change management requests, trouble tickets, and work orders.
15% Take ownership of difficult projects and successfully see them through to timely completion.
5% Works with Human Resources to establish policies that will ensure development of technology personnel and provide for management succession.

General Summary:
Under direct supervision, responsible for all facets of the maintenance and support of multiple projects or special technology functions vital to the overall Technology department mission under the guidance of the Site Technology Support - Senior. Responsible for timely completion of work requests, trouble tickets and other technology focus tasks, as required.
Provides technical end-user support including, but not limited to internal desktop systems; workstation setup and configuration, and routine tasks such as software/hardware upgrades. Resolves reported desktop problems related to hardware, operating systems and configuration issues through troubleshooting and research.

Perform all routine IT site support responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:
Installation, configuring, maintaining and trouble-shooting PC hardware and software in accordance with TeleTech and partner specifications.
Provide end- user technical support on TeleTech applications, project specific applications, and off the shelf software products. Perform administrative functions and inventory control as required. 80%

Runs reports on internal trouble ticket activity, printing work orders and following up to resolve issues insuring timely resolution of site’s workload as required.
Modify, and close Change Management Records (CMR’s) as necessary 5%

Proactively recognize technical issues affecting the agent or call center production and recommend an effective solution. Develop and verify documented stepped procedures. 5%

Comprehend the Company’s and client’s network policies and standard operating procedures as well as follow all safety rules and regulations to ensure network security.

• On-line Network Maintenance
• Conducts on-line diagnostics and maintenance procedures prior to shift starts.
• Monitoring of daily network operations
• Logging and recording of required system logs especially in times of faults and outages.
• Update the FAQ sheet of Call Center Anywhere (CC@) operation and management.
• Set-up of CC@ configuration to facilitate the needs of the Supervisors, QA's and Agents.
